TESTIMONIALS
"With the help of Stacy, our child’s vocabulary increased immensely. Not only did Stacy help with speech therapy, she guided and counseled us in other key developmental areas. As new parents, we had many questions and concerns. Stacy always managed to provide the proper solution and expert advice. We will always be grateful that our child’s first experience with a teacher was Stacy."
Dear Stacy,
I want to thank you so much for all your help with Lauren's speech development.
As you know, Lauren was born at 24 weeks gestation, she weighed 625 grams - about 1lb6oz. I just could not fathom how a baby being born so tiny, missing out on an entire trimester in the womb, could/would survive.
But Lauren survived. And she thrived. And the first 3 years of her life was very busy with doctors, specialists and various therapies.
Over the course of the year since Lauren started therapy with you, she was speaking within 2 weeks! And now that she is 3 year old there isn't anything she can't say! Lauren speaks significantly better and has a much higher vocabulary than other girls her age who were born full-term.
And it's all thanks to you! I was very pleased with the way you handled Lauren's tenacity and pushed her just enough to get her out of her comfort zone and was really able to challenge herself at times.
You always showed kindness and patience to Lauren which made a huge difference on how Lauren chose to react. You seem to have a keen sense of awareness about kids, what they are thinking and being able to find ways to get the child to participate in therapy.
Again, thank you SO much for all your help, Sue
"We just can't express our gratitude enough for the vast improvements achieved by our son. Stacy loves what she does, and it translates into how happy and cooperative Alek was during speech therapy and even later at home. An amazing therapist that is willing to go the extra mile, she listens to parents, and even gives very helpful tips on other concerns not related to speech. We are forever grateful Stacy!"
"Stacy worked with my daughter who was assessed as being significantly delayed in her expressive language and intelligibility levels. Stacy worked with her with such patience and kindness. She is very knowledgeable in her field and extremely passionate. She encouraged Rachel to do her best at every session and even gave us pointers so we could continue working on Rachel's speech at home. Rachel's speech significantly improved and I have to thank Stacy for that! I highly recommend Stacy to anyone who is looking for a speech & language pathologist for their child. "
